Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 boneless ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
For the Fries:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt to taste
For the Chili Pepper Sauce:
2 red chili peppers, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add minced garlic and rosemary sprigs.
Place the steaks in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Fries:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the potato fries in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
