2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup "Cheatasco" sriracha sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Prawns:
Pat the prawns dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

Add the seasoned prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Sriracha Sauce:
In the same skillet, add "Cheatasco" sriracha sauce.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Combine and Glaze:
Return the cooked prawns to the skillet, coating them with the sriracha sauce.
Gently toss the prawns in the sauce, ensuring an even coating.
