Sriracha deviled eggs:
Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste for spiciness)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh chives or cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Paprika, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and set aside the egg whites.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Sriracha sauce to the mashed yolks. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust the Sriracha sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix again to incorporate the seasoning.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
If desired, garnish the deviled eggs with chopped fresh chives or cilantro. You can also sprinkle a bit of paprika on top for additional flavor and color.
Refrigerate the Sriracha deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the eggs to chill.
Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Sriracha deviled eggs!
Feel free to adjust the Sriracha sauce amount according to your spice preference in each of these recipes. Enjoy your spicy and flavorful egg dishes!
