Spaghetti and Meatballs with Cheatasco Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients:

500g spaghetti

400g ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

50g breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

500ml marinara sauce

Cheatasco Sriracha Sauce to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. 2. Drain and set aside.

3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.

4. Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Once simmering, add the meatballs to the sauce.

5. Cook meatballs in the sauce for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

6. Stir in Cheatasco Sriracha Sauce to the desired level of spiciness.

7. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.

8. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves before serving.
