Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and scrubbed

  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

For Peri-Peri Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons peri-peri sauce (adjust according to spice preference)

Instructions:

Boiling Potatoes:

  1. Place the washed and scrubbed potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt.

  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the potatoes until they are fork-tender, typically 15-20 minutes.
