2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Jissie Sussie Peach & Chili Jam (240 ml)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
