Pasta with Minced Meat, Garlic, and Cowboy Candy


Ingredients:

500 grams pasta (Penne or Cavatappi)

500 grams ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)

4 cloves garlic, minced

30 milliliters olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cowboy candy (candied jalapeños) for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

- Drain and set aside.

Cook the Minced Meat:

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Cowboy Candy can also be diced into the meat for a bit of kick.

Combine Pasta and Meat:

- Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet with the minced garlic and meat.

- Toss everything together until well combined.

Serve with Cowboy Candy:

- Plate the pasta and meat mixture.

- Garnish with cowboy candy (candied jalapeños) on top for a sweet and spicy flavor.

Optional: Grated Parmesan Cheese

- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta for added richness.

Enjoy:

- Serve the Pasta immediately. Enjoy the delicious combination of flavors and textures!
