Sometimes there is just no time to cook an elaborate lunch and then you want to grab a slice of bread and peanut butter.
Believe me, I love bread and peanut butter, but for those of us who try to eat a little healthier, here is a quick snack idea that wil take only 5 minutes.
Take the crackers of your choice and top them with cream cheese. Then you can add your choice of items like oysters, mussels, cheese slices, gherkins, peppadew peppers, jalapeno slices or even biltong.
Lastly top it off sith your choice of spices, I prefer salt and pepper, but you can also use aromat etc. and add your favourite sauce from the Jissie Sussie Range.
