Jissie Sussie Garlic Bread

For an extra delicious creamy garlic bread:

Mixture for the inside - Butter, garlic, Jalapeno Cheese Spread (or Jalapeno Mayo) and cheese. (Mozarella gives it that nice chewy cheese like on the pizza ads).

Spices are your choice, but we usually add salt and black pepper, sometimes some mixed herbs for a more Italian taste.

Cut your bread with diagonal cuts, not all the way through. Fill the cuts nicely with the butter filling (a spoon works quite nicely here).

Wrap the bread in foil (shiny side inside, don't ask why, that's just how I grew up). Then sit quite slowly on the side of the braai and turn every 5 minutes about a quarter of a turn so that it cooks evenly on all sides.

We cook it for about 20 minutes until the butter and cheese is nicely melted.

Can also be baked in the oven
