This gourmet chicken sandwich features tender grilled chicken breast, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and a zesty kick from Jissie Sussie Jalapeño Mayo, all nestled between slices of golden, freshly toasted artisanal bread. Perfect for a satisfying lunch with bold flavors and a hint of heat!

Ingredients:
Artisanal loaf of bread (like sourdough or ciabatta)
Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Fresh lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices (optional)
Jalapeño slices (optional for extra heat)
Jissie Sussie Jalapeño Mayo
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the bread:
Slice the artisanal loaf in half horizontally to create the sandwich base.
Lightly toast both halves for a crisp texture.
Grill the chicken:
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side, depending on thickness).
Once done, let it rest for a few minutes and then slice thinly.
Assemble the sandwich:
