These tacos are a delightful combination of spicy, tangy, and fresh flavors. The Yellow Hot Sauce adds a vibrant heat that perfectly complements the succulent shrimp, while the fresh toppings provide a cool and crunchy contrast. Ideal for a fun and flavorful meal that’s quick and easy to prepare!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Yellow Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions:

Marinate the Shrimp:

  • In a bowl, mix the Yellow Hot Sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • Add the shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour for more intense flavor.

Cook the Shrimp:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  • Remove from heat.

Prepare the Tacos:

  • Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, until soft and pliable.

  • Fill each tortilla with a portion of shredded red cabbage.

  • Top with the cooked shrimp.

Assemble the Tacos:

  • Add slices of avocado on top of the shrimp.

  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and crumbled feta cheese.

  • Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
