"Dutch Meatballs" with French Onion Soup Powder

Ingredients:

600 g of ground beef

1 sachet French onion soup powder

1 egg


Method:


1. Mix the onion soup powder with egg and let it stand for an hour.

2. Make meatballs and fry them in butter.


Eat with potato chips or bread with a fresh green salad.

* Brush some Peach & Chilli Chutney over the meatballs when baking for a deliciously shiny, zingy glaze.
