Chili Pepper Canapés Recipe

Ingredients:
Base:
20-24 small crackers, toasted baguette slices, or mini pastry shells
Spread:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
1-2 fresh red chili peppers, thinly sliced
1 small avocado, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Spread:
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Canapés:
Lay out the crackers, baguette slices, or pastry shells on a serving platter.
Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each base.
Top with a few slices of chili pepper, a few pieces of diced avocado, and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
Garnish:
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the canapés.
Top each canapé with a cilantro leaf.
