Chicken Wings with Cheatasco Sriracha Sauce:

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings

60 ml Cheatasco sriracha sauce

30 ml soy sauce

30 ml honey

15 ml rice vinegar

15 ml sesame oil

5 ml grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

- In a bowl, mix Cheatasco sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.

- Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl.

- Pour half of the marinade over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Reserve the remaining marinade for later.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the wings are golden and cooked through.

- While the wings are baking, heat the reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a serving platter, drizzle with the thickened sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Side Salad with Cucumber, Tomato, Feta, and Soetseun Sweeties:

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers, sliced

4 tomatoes, diced

200g feta cheese, crumbled

Soetseun Sweeties (Cowboy candy) to taste

Cheatasco sriracha sauce for dressing

Instructions:

- In a large salad bowl, combine cucumber slices, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta.

- Add Soetseun Sweeties (Cowboy candy) according to your desired sweetness and spice level.

- Drizzle Cheatasco sriracha sauce over the salad for dressing.

- Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.

Serve the chicken wings alongside the refreshing side salad for a delicious and flavorful meal.
