Chicken strip wrap with Cheatasco Sriracha sauce

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast strips

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

  • Salt and pepper to season

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken Strips:

  • Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

  • In a skillet, cook the chicken strips over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
