Crust: 150g of flour 5ml of salt 100g soft butter Mix well with your fingertips until a dough forms and press firmly into the bottom of the bowl.
Filling:
6 eggs beaten
1 cup cream
125ml milk
60 ml of flour
Salt
Pepper
1 cup grated cheese
1 package of fried bacon, chopped
1 packet of mushrooms carved and fried
2 onions roughly chopped and fried
Mix everything together and top over the raw dough and bake everything together at 180° for about 45 minutes.

For a little added bite, add some Cowboy Candy Jalapeno slices to the filling. We like to dash a bit of Smoked Jalapeno over the quiche as well. A delicious summer treat!
